Use: Intuitively, I’m drawn to using it with upward strokes on the neck and circular rotations everywhere on the face; jawline, hairline, cheeks, forehead and around the lips and eyes. For the back of the neck, the small rounded tip works well to gently trace the lateral edge of the spine (lamina groove) with upward strokes and micro-circles. Larger zig zags can be followed by smooth sweeps with the flat edge of the spoon. However you are drawn to using, work gently and never with forceful movements. Trust in the power of the movement you are creating below the skin surface to create the change you desire.
